Seoul Propolis Signs MOU with Taiwan New-In for Strategic Cooperation

Seoul Propolis Co., Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Taiwan New-In Co., Ltd., a Taiwan-based specialist in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and healthcare ingredients, to establish a framework for long-term strategic cooperation. The MOU was signed on July 16, 2026, by Jay Lee, COO of Seoul Propolis, and Liao Tianlun, General Manager of Taiwan New-In.

Through this partnership, the two companies will combine their respective research and technological capabilities with their market expertise to identify new opportunities for product development and business growth. The collaboration will encompass technical exchange and joint research in functional ingredients, including water-soluble propolis technology, as well as OEM and ODM development, commercialization of ingredients and finished products, and the creation of solutions tailored to evolving market needs.

Founded in 1996, Taiwan New-In began by supplying pharmaceutical ingredients and excipients before expanding its business into nutraceutical, food, cosmetic, and pet supplement ingredients. In addition to sourcing and supplying high-quality ingredients from around the world, the company provides contract research, product development, regulatory support, and OEM and ODM services to Taiwan’s pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Seoul Propolis plans to combine its proprietary water-soluble propolis technology and in-house R&D capabilities with Taiwan New-In’s local market expertise and business network. Through this collaboration, the two companies aim to expand opportunities for joint development and commercialization in Taiwan and explore broader growth opportunities beyond conventional ingredient supply and distribution.
