The Work-Learning Dual System combines on-the-job training with classroom-based instruction to help employees systematically develop practical skills and professional expertise. Yeon-ji Lee achieved outstanding results in the first external assessment session of 2026 and was recognized for her dedication to professional development and strong workplace performance.
The consecutive recognitions reflect both employees’ commitment to continuous learning and Seoul Propolis’ ongoing efforts to support employee development. Since joining the company, Jin-ho Lee and Yeon-ji Lee have steadily strengthened their professional capabilities through hands-on experience and structured job training, and they continue to contribute in their respective roles.
“Both employees have shown a strong sense of responsibility in their work while consistently investing in their professional development,” said Jay Lee, COO of Seoul Propolis. “Their dedication to balancing work and learning has led to this well-deserved recognition. We will continue to support our employees as they build their expertise and realize their full potential.”
