Academic Achievements and Technology Presentation
In addition to the exhibition, APIMONDIA 2025 featured scientific conferences and seminar programs from September 25 to 27. The programs were organized by seven scientific commissions, including Apicultural Economy, Bee Health, Bee Biology, Pollination and Bee Flora, Beekeeping Technology and Quality, and Apitherapy. These sessions served as an important platform for researchers, technicians, and producers in the apiculture field to exchange information and share research findings.

Among the scientific sessions, more than 600 poster presentations were delivered across all categories. In the Apitherapy section alone, 110 papers were submitted, with only 37 selected for oral presentation.
Representing Seoul Propolis, Executive Director Jay Lee was the only Korean presenter selected for an oral presentation in this section. His presentation, titled “Oral Anti Inflammatory Effects of Nano Emulsion Water Soluble Propolis Technology N WEEP® for Oral Health,” drew strong interest from attendees.
At the exhibition hall, Seoul Propolis introduced its water soluble propolis products to the Northern European market for the first time. The booth attracted continuous visitor interest throughout the event, with active product consultations
